Can we rework Aatrox?

This champ is so useless , i cant understand why this champ exist , if dont get like 20 kills in the first 5 mins of the game he is totaly useless.

Passiv-Nothing to say , to much CD , and on a lower level he got like 100hp from it Q-Dmg 0 , his q can be easy countered , a stan or whatever can stop him from his q when he is already in the air, so bad W-Requiers a skill over 10000 , and still being 0 E-This skill is only slowing dmg 0 , to much CD R-Nothing to say

In my opinion this champ need a buff or rework because in my elo i never saw somebody playing him if not this champ should be deleted

Listen, I agree Aatrox needs a major rework, but you have next to no argument. You over exaggerate every aspect of what makes him flawed, with no real evidence of what's keeping him down. You also provide no ideas or concepts of how to make him better.
