please mute me forever

look, i admit i am very toxic when it comes to league, i flame alot.. but the thing is, i only flame people.. i don't intend to go afk, or to intentialy feed (i suck at the game sometimes i 0/12 without even forcing it) and i already had 2 chat restrictions, i just wanna be able to get key fragments. i know you gotta behave and act all mature, but please.. can i get an option to perma mute myself ingame? or can riot do this for me? without having to get a punishment.
