Poacher's Knife Needs to be Buffed

Well to be honest whenever the new season 5 jungle came out, many of the new jungle items were found to be useful in their own special ways. Some allowing for stronger ganks while others allowed for better dueling. but from the 4 new items one stood out as "useless." Poacher's Knife . Used for counter jungling, Poachers knife grants you simply, bonus gold, a speed boost, and a cool down reduction. But no one seems to use it, it has been found to be completely useless. In my opinion I find that Poacher's Knife would be more effective with some small buffs which could include something like a small amount of vision is showed around you when you smite which would allow you to see if the enemy jungler is nearby, or it could have some kind of change that would increase the duration of the buffs from stolen camps or such that were smited using Poacher's knife.
