order list of carry potential for these champions that i play?

so i want to know which of my main champions can carry a team since most of the games i go in i get people who are stupid and don't know what they are doing so can i get a list of which ones carry better than others?

My Main Champions Varus Twisted Fate Malzahar Jax Cho'Gath Lee Sin

These are the champions i play and i know that LoL is a team based game but you just cant stop from getting a bad team with little communication. I also know that any champion can carry if you know how to play them but i just want to know who is better at carrying than others. Thanks in advance
