I feel like the small change that they made to wasn't enough to put him on par with other ADC's. OH GOD just look what they did to . I think they should change his blight stacks from doing max health to do missing health damage. The rest of his kit already synergizes with this .

With the preseason coming this is the perfect time to do this small change. And he would still be a long range tank shredder.
