solo q wait time for a ranked game

the queues are too long for ranked. The problem is that no one wants to support. If no one supports, no one appreciates the role. Listen there are many factors to consider here, but all lead back to this dynamic sucking. lets see if I can give at least 5 examples that prove why this dynamic queue is garbage.

1. Simple reason, queues are too long. For whatever reason the queues are too long, I assume its because no one wants to play support. Support is a vital role to teams and people must know how to play it. Yeah ok sure, in the old solo q, used to get forced to support sometimes, but guess what, people could actually play games to not mind supporting a few, the queue times take up the time to actually play a game when u count the dodges and time it now takes for the dynamic queue.
2. The amount of mixing that can occur now. Im silver, and have played with platinums...... in a ranked game!! a damn ranked game...... how is that fair? given, it was p5 but still, platinum.
3. Because of dynamic q, ranked 5s no longer exist, which means that organized teams can no longer play team games with their friends for a team rank. I know a lot of people sympathize with this reason because ive seen threads of people complaining that they can no longer play with their diamond and platinum teammates who they know in real life and have bonds with. Not cool riot.
4. A lot of people in lower elo don't know what they main, so they choose, lets say adc, but guess what, this person doesn't know how to kite, this person is literally carried to wherever they are, their stats suck, they don't know how to play in teamfight, their game knowledge sucks, but guess what, this person is playing adc like every game in ranked and have no idea wtf theyre doing, they wont even practice in normals or watch some videos to get help. Im not against unskilled players, but im just saying these factors must be considered when people have to only play the troles they chose.
5. Many players can now feed off organized teams of 4 and 5, when individually they have skill. Dynamic ranked is just making life hell for people who q up solo. Imthemoderator, a Diamond five friend of mine, also agrees. People no longer have to be skilled enough to advance. Its almost like theyre being boosted. Lets make an example. Three players in the lower-mid elo, one should be there or should be lower, the other two have the ability, mechanics and game knowledge and personality to make it to high elo (diamond and up), the weaker player can feed off them and if theyre trio q'ing, there will be a person who doesn't deserve high elo. Solo q players shouldn't be versing organized teams like this. Its putting too many good players together by choice, not by mmr, and if that's not enough, they can communicate using Skype or curse or any other video-voice chat service.
6. correlated to the fifth reason, this ranked is no longer about personal ability, its about who can get the best team together by force. when I solo q I see a lot of 3 man and 4 man teams..... and theyre communicating.... always playing and moving in 4s.
