Handling the Trolls!

Hello Summoners, I would like to introduce you to an idea. Imagine a world free of trolls, "mid or feed" , "f**k you x summoner cause something your mom" would be phrases of the past. By implementing a couple features I feel we can solve these problems. First would be an option or toggle for a "filter" for weeding out toxic players. When turned on, it will only match you with players who have a collective "x" number of honors whether they be "Friendly, Helpful, Honorable Opponent". OR They could have their own point system. For example, you find a player on league who is the epitome of non-toxicity. You could click on a button to give them a Purity point! These Purity points would be used to match you with other users of a similar purity level. To increase the importance of these points, you would only be given ONE point per day to give. This would encourage players to use them wisely. Please share your opinions on the idea. Or other ways it could be better implemented! Thank you!
