I have played Bard a couple times now and I have come to determine that he is a good support if you don't aim to troll. I've had multiple saves by my heals and my ult. he has great control if you know how to hit a skill shot and the portal is great for tricking enemies into team fights. What do you guys think about Bard? I want more opinions on the subject.
Fatfry3 votesI think yes, bard can be good. He needs to be buffed a little more imo, and you should not play him in solo queue, but with good communication between partners he can be very effective

Clown Apocalypse1 votesHe's not bad but you only get assists off of 2 of his skills. So if you send your team through a portal and ult the other team...you get no assists unless you land your q or drop a random heal for someone. That shorts him out of a lot of gold I'd imagine. I almost died and ulted their whole team once and got away and my team killed most of them and I got 0 assists. Kinda ruined bard for me.

TheI3igDaddy1 votesIt's debatable whether he's good, but I don't think he's necessarily bad. He's been buffed quite a few times since release, and I think he's in a decent spot.
His passive and W are the problems. W is underwhelming for the most part, and his passive needs time to ramp up before it's actually considered good.
yoboysparklykity1 votesgot 11/1/32 in howling abyss with bard. Just have to plant a lot of shrines so when your injured, you can heal a lot. Just stay behind your teammates and use cosmic binding always. in fact, upgrade shrine and cosmic binding as much as you can and a bit of journey.
