As you know, the jungler must be able to gank a lot, but needs to clear camps to get exp and money. Thats why you use your ultimate to clear your camps faster. This works extremely well with junglers like 
because her bear lasts 45 seconds. You can use her bear to tank the camps for her and to do aoe damage to clear camps very quickly. Many korean challenger players are starting to use this strategy.

warpenguin5551 votesI don't really see how this helps. Most champions can clear the jungle post 6 without their ults. Plus in the case of Annie Jungle, her clears are trash pre 6. I've tried it, it's pretty bad.

If junglers use their ults, then they can clear it even faster which allows them to gank lanes sooner.
warpenguin5551 votesWhich they then don't have for ganking. Plus the clear speed really only matters pre 6, because as I said, once most champions hit 6 they can clear decently quick
