LAGGS WITH LOW PING AND HIGH FPS

yo guys....i am playing league for around 4 years and im expiriencing this bug(or whatever it is) for the first time... im lagging with 50 ms and around 40-50 fps...i never lagged before, and now when im not fighting, everything is ok...but when the fight starts i cant see whats happening...i press to moove, then 3 sec nothing happens and then i just teleport there and usually get killed...so if any1 knows about any solution ill be very fucking glad....(by the way...do you think reinstalling will solve this prob?)

oh ps: it usually doesnt happen in any other game mode than ranked...

this is obviously something with your hardware rather than internet if you feel you are lagging. You probably have a decent cpu or gpu because a high fps means that you do. Id say maybe your ram? Make sure its atleast 4 gb for a good speed and make sure enough (2gb) is allocated for league of legends. But i honestly think its okay to lag at 50ms. I lag from time to time with this ping.
