leblanc requires skill, katarina requires skill. don't say they don't just because you don't know how to play against them so by your logic they shouldnt be nerfed then right?

I'd be happy if they balanced mobile champions so they actually pay for mobility.

Right now, when I play Brand or Vel or Viktor or Malz, I have to actually worry about where I'm positioned. I can't just go LOL oops enemy team's surrounding me. K BAI! dashes away

Mobility makes map awareness much less important.
