Is anyone having fps drops every time they right click and lag spikes constantly

Its a pain I haven't played league of legends in a while due to my poor fps and its constant lag spikes :(

No, that sort of thing is going to be a problem on your end of things.

It goes down when your champion changes walking direction fast(like its common in league). I have a Laptop with i7-6700HQ, 8GB DDR3, and PCI-e SSD and a 1060ti and if I dont move I get ~250fps. But when I move i can easily get lower than 40fps which is NOT acceptible. I hope Rito will give a resolution. The game is not playable for me.
