What do you think about Nautilus currently?

I've been thinking about nautilus a lot myself and I'd like to hear some opinions. Does he like fulfill the whole big anchor swinging titan fantasy for you? Or does he mean something different to you? Should he be changed? do you think he's op/weak/fine?

At some point he will probably get an VU later down the road because he doesn't feel all that good to play anymore. Once you get to late-game with an iron elixir, its pretty damn fun to go full attack on titan on the enemy team, but he feels so damn weak, all his abilities look like tiny water splashes and he looks like a muppet pretty much waddling around trying to swing an anchor at you.. Which is kinda scary i suppose but he still feels underwhelming. At least he's not as bad off as Malphite or Taric.

But yeah that's just me, what do you guys think?
