Possible Fiora improvement

Hi! When playing Fiora I noticed that if you ult someone, hit all 4 vitals and the enemy is still alive the next vital that spawn from passive is completely random. Since her vitals spawn alternates between top-right and bottom-left sides I think this should remain also after her ult based on the last vital she hit, so for example if the last vital you hit from ult is the top side then the next one that spawn should be the bottom or left side and not be random like now. It's just a small thing but I think it can makes difference in many situation.
