Do i have to play solo to fix my mmr?
I'm gaining 16 lp and losing 21lp it all started because i helped my bronze friend get to silver. I played one solo game and got 17lp and i played 1 duo with a silver 3 and im silver 2 and i got 16 lp.

its probably putting you against lower ranked players now, so yeah, play solo and win most of your games
