Draven deserves a buff......

1st, Draven was a great champion with a high percentage picked rate. 2nd, Draven has unique playing techniques in contrast of other ADC's, which is a signature of a certain play style. 3rd, Draven never needed a nerf, he wasn't OP like Xin Zhao first came out, he has weaknesses, especially towards countering champs and play styles.

The situation now, we rarely see draven comes into play in ranked games, which i personally think, it makes the game lose one aspect of playing. The boring world now is ADC has a great chance to be a Tris, Lucian, Twitch and those familiar faces. And we have already forgotten Draven, who was a good competitor against any type of ADC with certain skills.
