poppy rework :(
someone told me in a game that poppy was getting a rework :( i really hope this is not true because she is a really fun champion and it would be sad to see her change

I, too, love Poppy. However, she is unbalanceable in her current state. The strength of her ult is so great that she has to be heavily gimped on her early game and incredibly frustrating to play against late game. She will always be either too strong to exist or too weak to be considered viable, since the things that make her ult so effective (immunity to damage and CC from four enemies for 8 seconds) have to all exist together or the value of her ult goes away.
She is still going to keep some of the things that make her unique and fun to play, but the components of her kit that are frustrating for both teams to deal with are getting refined or trimmed. She still has her football tackle and hammer diplomacy, as well as the interesting elements of her personality.
