AFK / Feeding Accounts

Riot, you really need to do something about the amount of AFK or Feeding Accounts. Sure, I'm in Bronze 5, but i will NEVER get out due to the fact that EVERY OTHER GAME I'm teamed with a "player" who is flat out AFK or who plays on and off throughout the game and usually runs into champions and towers for the whole game.

What is your solution you ask?

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, but your feedback option for AFK / Feeders / Verbal Abuse / etc. need to be taken to account with how many from the entire match voted you as AFK, Verbal, Feeding , etc.

I just dont get how there are THIS many troll accounts or AFK abusers if it does...
