Are macros considered cheating or bannable?

Right so ive learnt allot about auto attack resting however the simplest way of doing this from my experience is by using master yi's w . But before i use create a macro for a simple w+right click i need to first know if this is cheating ?

P.S. The main reason i would like to use this macro is because riot has no South African servers forcing me to play on the best server i could find (EUW) which gives me constant 225ms so auto attack reseting is kind of challenging and i thought a macro could make it a bit more fair..... also plz no hate , i have a soft heart :<
