Ranked 3v3 after surrender

I was with my teammates last night in our first ranked 3v3 placement game and ended up surrendering the match to the other team. I know that surrendering isn't typically liked in this community but does League block you from getting into another ranked 3v3 game just after the surrender or is there something else going on?

Ranked teams isn't enabled right now so games literally result in nothing. (no points no placements, nothing) There will likely be a popup on your client when they have an update on the state of ranked teams.

The client shows that my team completed a placement game though.

You won't get any points though (the ward points). My brother's team tried to do 3v3s last week and were ticked off by it.
