Ashe's slow should go through anything
Ashe's slow should not be able to be ignored by champs like master Yi and Garen. It is pretty stupid that some champs bypass her whole reason for existing.

his q cleanses one single slow upon activation. as long as you simply auto attack a second time or press w, he will immediately get slowed again.

Garen isn't immune to slows, he gets rid of them when he uses Q but i am pretty sure you can slow him instantly after he activates his Q. I mean we should also make it so that Olaf get's hit by random CC when he uses his ult while we are it
