AFK queue is still needed in this game(MY ORIGINAL IDEA)

Hi everyone! I came up with a nice idea. I came across to create an AFK queue. What would it look like? It is completely negotiable, but specifically the point is that when someone leaves the game and we would have AFK and we could probably lose the game, someone can replace us by entering the AFK queue. It would be in the main menu and would concern games, e.g. normal / drafts / arams or ranked / flex matches only. Click this queue, choose the role you want to play. The player then receives the minute and statistics of the person who left and the time when she left. The player decides if he wants to join and help this team or not. If not, he is looking for another match. For playing such a match would be extra honor points / heavenly essence / extra experience. The queue would run, e.g. 3 minutes after the person left the game or immediately (depending on whether after his return the person could return to the game, throw away the one who replaced AFK and give me some consolation prize for trying to help). I would join it, for the added difficulty of turning the game around..

But I do not think there would be many more who would actually do it. For reasons like it maybe affecting MMR.

  1. What if that leaver/afk player wants to return? The one who "helped" will get thrown away?
  2. Players would abuse this by forcing the ally that plays bad to afk so that another(possibly better) player will replace them
  3. How will you stop players from hunting for games in which winning team had an afk and using them to abuse free wins?

Not to mention possible technical problems and the need for special matchmaking system(we can't really allow diamond+ players to substitute an afk and smurf for free, right)

Details of my idea are completely negotiable. They depend of Riot Games elo/honor and blue esence system. The award of playing this afk queue and all the conditions included in playing in afk queue too. For me only idea is important, all of the details depends on Riot Games.

Why so many people dont like this post, its the first time i hear this idea and its so good, it would be funny to the people that enjoy helping and good for the team with an afk

Way too difficult to implement and for the most part - unnecessary. Just punish ragequitters and fix the client so people won't stuck loading into the game. And don't punish people with lp loss who actually want to play but got a power outage/dc and reconnected too late. This also makes people to lose interest in coming back.
