Should I upgrade champion mastery now or will it cost roughly the same after the blue essence change
I wish they said what all of the new prices would be.

they did it will cost 6.5 the amount it does now. so the cost will be the same, as BE before hand gets multiplied by 6.5
Just make sure to cash in any extra champion shards you own, as according to what I read the exchange rate is better now than it is in the preseason. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
