I just have a question about the hextech crafting system that I cannot seem to find the answer for. For example, If I get the project leona skin from a hextech chest, and I choose to unlock it with orange essence without owning the champion, will I receive the champion and the skin? Or just the skin when I buy leona.
Nitrabyte1 votesYou can't unlock it without owning the champion because I tried it with pulsefire ezreal in hextech crafting, however you can re-roll skins and get a permenant for a champion you don't own. But getting champions is a whole other story requiring blue essence Basically, no you don't get Leona with the skin and you have to get Leona before you can premenantly craft her skin :)
