What happened to XIn knock up?

I main XinZhao and love playing him,especially when paired with Yasuo but since this last patch has come out the only thing i can knock up with talon strike is minions.Not champs,not monsters,hell not even the lowly scuttle crab.I mean I see the spears upswing but the targets just stay on the ground. At first I thought it was just a visual thing but then after noticing I can knock minions in the air I think it must be something else. I went back and looked through the patch log and saw nothing about Xin in it.

Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me?Like I said it only started after this last patch.

it's a bug from this latest patch release. no word or acknowledgement from riot about it.

It sometimes stuns champions instead of knocking them up.

The stun only lasts for like 0.2 seconds though.
