Heim certainly punishes a fair bit of top laners who have little ways to deal with his constant poke. This is one of the reasons I stopped going top. Either that, or I would start picking/banning him. He seems fun now.
Seriously, most of heimers damage is multi-hit. Buy an adaptive helm and he hurts a LOT less. Buy MR on top of it... This really isnt that hard.
For real, the people who complain about heimer are the same ones who dont buy
