I love playing Morgana a ton and i've gotten pretty much all her skins besides Victorious. I began in season 6 and i got gold 5, i unlocked Victorious Maokai and had just found out that those skins exist. I've desired for the Morgana skin for a LOOOOONG time now, but I keep seeing that It's not available anymore, is there like any form or special way i can still get it?

Maybe, if someone popular asks. Riot should give "Victorious Tokens" for each queue. Then you can purchase any Victorious Skin/Chroma. Imo that would be a good way. Graves has Chromas now, so it opens the door to chromas for the old skins if they wanted.
I think that is a little harsh on those who had no way to even consider getting gold in ranked. Im not saying give access to the victorious skin first season after, im just saying 5 - 6 seasons after shouldnt be an issue.
sadly no they will not bring back victorious skins.. due to those being season ranked rewards exclusive to people to climing past gold for that season .. say they brought back a victorious skin how would the people be compensated for getting the rank at that season.. i wouldnt want some crappy chorma or loading screen border
Unfortunately, no. All skins from Ranked rewards are exclusive to that season in which they were released.
Season 1: Jarvan Season 2: Janna Season 3: Elise Season 4: Morgana Season 5: Sivir Season 6: Maokai Season 7: Graves
Once the season has ended, there is no way to obtain said skin.
