Hecarim, Rumble, or Fiora?

Hey guys, I am looking to expand my top lane champion pool and I have narrowed it down to these three. I am a big fan of CC, (Irelia's E, Rivens W, etc...) so I was leaning a little bit away from Fiora. Which one will be best for me to main in the long run? Thanks so much, I appreciate it. And if it helps, I already own Darius, Riven, Irelia, Tryndamere, Olaf, and Cho'Gath for top lane.

I would not pick fiora just for the fact that she is a permaban, idk about the other two.

If you can take the time to learn Rumble. he's an amazing pick. Just incredibly high skillcap, learning all of his powerspikes, and damage output. I'd suggest Hecarim, just since he's a consistently strong top lane pick. Fiora's also good, just slightly riskier imo.
