Is a bit broken I think, because he can literraly 1v1 any adc, can 2v2 any botlane and is just overall a bit too strong, I get destroyed by every Jhin, not because I dont know how to play against him but purely because he does so much damage and he has low mana costs and also a lot of range...
He is balanced in a way... When he is afk xD

Miloo1 votesYou are right but i just hate seeing jhin having so much damage, he can use his snare/stun that is so fast you can barely dodge it, if you can dodge it yeah ur good, but once you get snared/stunned u are probably losing
