Camille Q does more true damage than Darius, she have a huge gap closer and a lock down ultimate. But here we complain about a easy champion to kite and his kit is very telegraphed. Only thing I might say is Op with Darius is the instant 5 bleed stack when you reach 5 stack on a target. Other than that he is way more fun to play against than a lot of champions currently played . I prefer to face a Darius over a decent Irelia/Yasuo anyday.
There's quite clear counterplay to Darius, his E is absurdly short and he's a melee champion who relies on gap closing, with no gap closing abilities. He's an immobile juggernaut who gets stronger as the battle goes on but he has a hard time finding relevancy due to champion mobility, shields and etc
If you wanna bully Darius, go Teemo or Yorick lol

Yea he is buffed and still siting at 49% win rate because Riot full r%%%%% video games buff damage, instead they coukd buff his survivability like reduce E cd at lv1 from 24 to 20 or 18, since 
has her E on 16 lv1
although i think his passive damage needs a nerf and the heal a nerf, he isn't too bad, you honestly just win vs him by your top laner not dying to him 4 times in 10 minutes, thats about it. and if you ever have a yi in the game that isn't completely worthless he can just sit there and auto him with bork rageblade and frozen heart and kill him with extreme ease, darius dies to any kiting and auto attacks. most of the time that darius is strong in game is because your top laner lost multiple 1v1's to him and fed him.

You should include context in your post, otherwise Darius mains will easily sway the argument in their favor.
Darius had a 51.03% win rate, a 9.9% pick rate, and an impressive 33.4% ban rate in Platinum+ according to u.gg stats. I get that this thread is months old, but the game has taken a sharp decline in the past year.
The people that say he's in a bad spot or that he has hard counters are not telling the truth, but that also doesn't mean he's OP. So much of this thread is about how easy Darius is to counter, and if that were true, his stats wouldn't be what they are. He's certainly a top pick, if you know how to play him.
You also have to look at the context of the lane he is. There's a lot more oppressive picks top lane, but in my opinion that actually speaks to how broken top lane is at the moment and how Riot seriously needs to think about spending a significant amount of time balancing the champions up top because they're not just a problem in top lane. They're a menace around the rest of the map and are influencing picks in other lanes to try to deal with the overloaded kits so prevalent in top lane.
