Ravenous Hydra Build Suggestion

Like many players I have a specifc hot key and slot on my items bar for items with an active ability. However, When building the Ravenous Hydra, assuming you've built Vampiric Scepter beforehand, the Hydra always takes the slot of the Vampiric Scepter, even when you've already built Tiamat, despite Scepter not having any active. Because the Hydra's active, Crescent, comes from the Tiamat, it would make much more sense for the item to take the slot of the Tiamat. While it's a small detail, it's much more intuitive and it would save summoners like myself, who find themselves too lost into the heat of the battle to remember the switch, and I feel like it would be a nice, albiet small, improvement.
