I mean this seriously, not "One without (x) champion." Would you rather see more wombo, tank, hyper-carry etc.?
This is something I've wondered for a while as my friends and I are always trying goofy stuff to be "those righteous dudes who started combat medic

You can take basically any four champions you want top so long as you have a decent blend of physical and magic damage. It allows for some really crazy combos you would just NEVER see on Rift due to lane restrictions.

I like dive comps, fizz-malph-yas etc etc, they're fun to play and are fair.
assassins becoming niche pick and not a no-brainer pick because they win most lanes match-up. Yi, Tryndamere and Fiora taking their place as a secondary solid dps source outside of assassins. Solid lategame items for tanks make Nautilus, Sejuani, Amumu , Cho'Gath , Zac etc able to tank lategame adc for more than three seconds(and make them unburstable by the likes of Yi, Fiora, Tryndamere).
