Why can't I see Ally Wards cooldowns anymore?

So this vision score thing has made me unable to see when my allies' have wards up. This made coordinating tp plays much easier and I imagine it's a real pain for botlaners too, cause they don't know if their supp/adc has a ward or not. Can we please get vision score on another part of the board or not at all? I don't really get why it's there. I don't care who wards, I just want them.
