Kicking players in ranked queues

We've all dealt with trolls in every queue - from ARAM to ranked, it can absolutely destroy a game and ruin a promo series. My husband and I play together a lot and this morning was a perfect example of a troll ruining what could've been good...the summoner with 2nd pick chose to jungle with Kha. The summoner with 4th pick decided he also wanted to jungle with Udyr. There was no support because there was a troll refusing to work as a team. He took smite/flash and refused to communicate, even though all four other summoners were trying to talk to him to get him to take exhaust - or anything other than smite. My husband was the ADC and played a solo bot lane because the troll was in the jungle, stealing jungle farm. I think it might be a reasonable idea to be able to vote off a summoner, at least from ranked queues. It isn't fair for someone to have to dodge a queue, and be punished for it, because they don't want to lose a game due to a troll. If the voting process required unanimous decision, all four other players voting to kick off the troll player, that could potentially eliminate game losses/promo series losses due to a troll. I realize there is a reporting system -- but that's AFTER the game has been played. It has it's merits and I'm sure it works well for what it is, especially since sometimes summoners act perfectly cordial during champion selection, but then turn out to be real as*hats in game. But when you can already tell someone is going to cost the game for you, before the game has even started, why should you be forced to either dodge -- and be punished for dodging -- or play a miserable game because of some jerk not getting his way? Just a thought...
