I mean, wasn't the main reason it was bought on him the CDR? It's still there, as well as the AD. I don't see why it wouldn't still be an ok item on him. Not like he wasn't using the old mana restore passive either.

Might better on him actually since it just gives 20% cdr straight up and when he ults he lowers his other abilities, granted I think the other passive can be changed to something that makes sense for spell weaving marksmen like % max health damage for your next attack within a short window after casting an ability.

makes you feel better, the change was intended for adcs, and it actually removes all Essence Reaver adcs. I am quitting league when this patch drops because my favorite champion, Xayah, will just be useless.
