Check out the video. Basically Pantheon's shield resets every time before the dragon attacks you and you end up taking almost 0 damage.

This. Lvl 2 drag only works if the enemy is unaware of pantheons ability to solo drag so early.

Gift of heavy hands has already been nerfed on the PBE. It didn't take long.

its not gift of heavy hands that makes this possible. it's blue buff allowing panth to q and aa or w fast enough to block nearly every dragon attack.
