New Runes and Masteries: Color Coded Overview

After looking into the Runes Reforged, it summs up to be choosing one Primary Tree (1 Keystone/1 Greater Rune/2 Minor Runes) and one Secondary Tree (2 Runes Total from Greater/Minor Pool - max of 1 greater rune).

Your primary tree gives you some base stats, and with the inspiration tree as your primary, you get +20% potion duration + benefits associated with your secondary tree.

Personally I think there's going to be some really broken Inspiration tree combinations such as Glacial Augment which slows on basic attacks on only a 6 second to 3 second cooldown. Combined with Cheap Shot from the Domination tree, you do 12-30 bonus true damage to impaired movement champions, that could set up some fun combos.

I created a color coded spreadsheet that indicates the types of bonuses so I could see how you could max move speed or CDR, etc. While I'm sure that these will change quickly once people find the broken combinations, the exercise helped with understanding the benefits of each tree and early understanding of where some of the benefits are.
