Busted Yorick
Someone want to explain to me why a full tank Yorick with zero damage items or runes can instantly burst a bruiser at lvl6 because I'd really like to know. The meta and matchmaking for Season 7 is enough to make people want to /wrist.

If you're someone who's complaining about a champion that almost nobody plays, then I don't think this game is suited for you.
Because the bruiser that tried to fight him was fucking stupid.
The moment you said "zero damage items or runes" and "instantly burst" your post was completely invalid. Yes Yorick does deal a lot of damage, over time, unless he has TriForce he isn't going to be "bursting" anyone specially not a bruiser.
How fed was the Yorick? If you were level 6 and he was level 8 then it would be absolutely idiotic to fight him. Did he ult? Did he have Mist Walkers? Did he engage first?
Yorick is a strong champion in a 1v1, and 2v1 if he is fed, but he is not strong enough to "burst" a bruiser with no Damage Items or Runes. He will eventually kill them over time if they stay in the fight long enough, but that is if they stay in his ult's range. Now if Yorick is the one who engaged this can also factor into how he won that fight, he could have launched Mist Walkers at them before they could react. His Mist Walkers will do a lot of damage if you let them, you should focus on killing them as quickly as you can before he can come in and fight you. His ult is also fairly easy to cheese, just run away and it will follow you under turret, it will die then you can engage on the Yorick. You need to watch out for his W, if you waste your Gap Closer before he uses his W, you are going to take a ton of damage. Either Flash immediately or try to break the wall as fast as you can, if you don't you will easily lose half your life before its timer runs out.
If you are someone like Riven or Irelia, it is possible to just immediately jump on Yorick and burst him down before he can get far enough away to have maiden kill you. However it depends on how you use your Gap Closer, because if catches you in his W you are probably going to lose the trade.
Yorick's damage is only big if you let him swarm you, its not burst damage, but it is a significant amount of sustain damage. He is a juggernaut bruiser, it is his goal to stay in prolonged fights because he can deal a lot of damage that way. This also means he has no mobility and without his W he can't really chase all that well since his E's slow is pretty low. It also means he has trouble escaping after using his W so if you have multiple forms of mobility it is possible to bait his W or force him to use it and then go all in.
