About Yuumi's W

. Oh boy Yuumi. I can finally understand why people hate her. The last game I played with her, I went Mordekaiser jungle. Which should very well still be ok to go. In champ select, I warned my team "hey, my ping might not be good right now." yet I went jungle anyhow and the ping was fine

That is not the point of this post.

The point of this post is to say how much of a problem I have with her W

Now, she's not like Tahm Kench were you can make him spit you out and you can run away from him. No. If she so chooses, she can detach, let you die, and wait for you to respawn before attaching again, and the whole vicious cycle starts again. I didn't want to int, but, the only way I could get her off of me was to purposefully kill myself. She took smite and kept taking ALL of my farm while jungling. The only way I could get her off of me was to die, as she would detach only to save her skin. I cannot stress that enough. I ended up being 0/8 because she wouldn't leave me alone.

So, riot, please, give us a way to forcefully remove yuumi if we dont want her on our champion. because, unlike Tahm Kench, you cannot run from her if she decides to troll you.

I mean, that's not a problem with Yuumi, that's a problem with a troll. Trolls are always gonna find a way to troll.

You were Mordekaiser though, what you should've done was leech off botlane exp til level 6, then force her off via your ultimate.

Yes, but thats only a temp fix. Cause she could just wait for me to reappear, and if I died, respawn

I don't think you could run from any other character following you around though either.

Outside of maybe during a gank or something but they could pick someone with an escape move and flee while you got killed.

You're mordekaiser. You can't run from anyone. A smite janna could do the same thing just as well.

You're focusing on the wrong part of this.

True yes. Though with Janna, I would venture to say that its not as bad with her, cause she cant be with you everywhere you go. I mean, she can, but not in the same capacity that yuumi can be.

Sure she can. She right clicks and she's faster than you. That could keep her on you for every camp. She even has more damage to try to steal camps with than Yuumi does, so she has even more potential to hurt you than Yuumi does. Sure, she's not physically attached, but that is very literally not a hinderance to her stealing camps.

Any champ can do this just by following you. You're not thinking straight. You just got trolled. Report and move on.

So, if you could force her to detach from you, she could still follow you and smite your camps. All champs can do that So i don't really see how this is a Yuumi problem

The difference between Tahm and Yuumi W is the fact that Tahm controls you, you control Yuumi. So it's understandable that you can escape from Tahm. But Yuumi can't carry you under a fountain or a tower, you control where you go and if you could force her to detach from you it would be really easy to fuck over and troll Yuumi because it's kinda her core mechanic to attach to someone

Yes, you have a point. The idea of forcing her off would have to be balanced on both ends. Sure, you can control where she goes, but if you dont want her trolling you, you essentially have to just sit in fountain and do nothing. It wouldnt have been so bad if she at least healed for speed boosted. But she did literally nothing.

But the thing is This isn't really a Yuumi problem, it's a "you got a troller on your team and they just happened to pick Yuumi" problem Any champ can follow you and just smite your camps I don't really think there's a way for her W to be "balanced" (Tbh the W is perfectly fine)

What pisses me off about Yuumi players is when I'm stealth and trying a gank/roam. She attaches to me and gives away my position.

A fun fact about Yuumi is if the champion she is attached to is invisible, then she's invisible as well. However, she can still give your position away by using her Q, which is not invisible.

I'm pretty sure if the enemy see's her dash animation while shes attaching they know she's attaching to a stealther
