Whole Riot Lytes Ranked Situation

So here is my input on this crap. Lytes plan should be in effect next season--season 6. Not right now where only ~3 months of the season remains. If his plan is put into effect now, thousands of hard ranking-grinding players would be affected, including myself. I'm a diamond player, I've been playing this game for several years, longer than most league players. Riot has always told us their plans ahead of time to let us the PLAYERS know what will happen throughout this season. FYI: Tribunal cases aren't being sent to the players that get restrictions. I would know because I did not receive my case to review when I got chat/ranked restriction. In addition, it is unfair to those that improved their behavior after they were punished. Isn't that the whole point of the punishment? To improve behavior. Not to crush they efforts?
