You have to keep in mind that the game is technically top-down. We view it from a slight angle. As such hitboxes tend to be a bit higher. Also remember that hitboxes are circles, they ignore things like walk cycles. Thresh has a strong tendency to lean forward when walking, but his hitbox is still in the center of him.

That combined with the fact that blitzcrank's hook is a bit thinner looking than the projectile can lead to a lot of empty space from a visual standpoint. If you were to have the camera be directly above and could see the actual hitboxes instead of the pretty particle effects it would look completely normal.

In LoL, hacks don't work that way. Hacks make the Q go right at you, not automagically grab you.

its not hacks but its not normal, its just riots game

Normal. Just usual hitboxes fam.

Though, tbh, Thresh Q is also pretty derpy in that aspect, so I'm sure you've experienced landing many derp Q's.

This is a case of rito hitboxes.

Ever get hit by Diana Q? Rito hitboxes

Ever get hit by Blitzcrank Q?

Well good luck.

Its normal. Not saying it isn't bullshit, but it's normal.

Hitbox has been ass for years.

i love how you ask "bug or hacks" but in your poll only give out hacks as a possibility for answer, and no bugs

anyway, yes that is completely normal, blitz arm looks very thin but the hitbox is a lot bigger than it looks like. it feels, as one of the commentars said it, very derpy
