================== PURPOSED CHANGES ==

[P] Perseverance "SAME"

[Q] Decisive Strike COOL DOWN: 8/7/6/5/4 ACTIVE: Garen cleanses himself of all Slows affecting him and gains 25% bonus movement speed for a few seconds; while active crowd control, blinds,poisons that are on garen will have their effective duration cut in half.

DURATION: 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 Additionally, his next basic attack within 4/5/6/7/8 seconds deals additional physical damage, and Silence icon silences his target for 1 second. BONUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 20/40/60/80/100 (+ 5% of AD, Armour and Magic resistance per Level of Decisive Strike) and Marking as a lesser villain for the next 10 seconds refreshed with Decisive Strike or judgment refreshes at half duration of giving everyone in the game vision of them for the duration. making all champion ability's deal 10% of the normal damage as damage over time after garen's passive resumes."damage canceled when he dies"

Silence is refreshed when hit with the first,third,fifth,seventh,ninth tick of damage applied by judgment and extended by 5 seconds after being hit with Demacian justice

[W] Courage Garen Temporarily gains bonus armor and bonus magic resistance every time he kills something Minions[1], large monster[3],champion / Epic[5] up to a maximum of 30 bonus resistances this is reset to zero and cools down for the duration of Demacian Justice after the cool down he may regain his stacks manually.

[E]** Judgment** EFFECT RADIUS: 300/300/325/350/350 COOL DOWN: 11/10/9/8/7 ACTIVE: Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 seconds. For the duration, Garen cannot basic attack, is Ghost ghosted and deals physical damage 「 in 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 spins 」 to enemies within range, increased by 25% when damaging a single enemy.

Garen can Prime his ability's to activate while using another skill. making combo skills

"Devout Judgement" Garen activates Courage while judgment is active

  • he collides with the first enemy champion hit after starting judgement dealing 5% of garens AD/AR/MR and knocks them back losing momentum judgment is canceled not refunding cool down he then becomes dazed for 0.5 seconds; but will prohibit him from using Decisive Strike for it's duration.

"Unwavering Courage" garen activates Courage while decisive strike is active marks the next champion hit by him for the duration of decisive strike converting any true damage they deal to garen to AD applying armor to the damage for the next 5 seconds.

"Unrelenting Judgement" garen activates Decisive Strike while judgement is active puts Decisive Strike on cool down and adds silence to his judgement reducing the duration of judgement to 50% and damage by 50% of it's normal damage - 5/10/15/20% damage for each other enemy champion hit by it for the duration.

"Inevitable Justice" garen activates Damacian justice while his judgement or decisive strike is active. Garen instantly refreshes his Q,W,E when activated garen and the first enemy villain he hits cannot attack or damage or healed or CC or otherwise anyone besides the villain in question and garen.

Garen becomes immune to all forms of CC and "Pain killers" all damage types from any source other then his target for the next 5 seconds removing all CC currently applied to him and preventing all CC for the duration from any source.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE PER SPIN:» 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 + (10 / 15 / 20 / 25 % of AD) (+1% of his max HP as true damage to villains) Judgment cannot Critical strike but instead gives him a 2% boost to movement speed for every tick that should have critically hit[MAX 25%] and removing crowd control on him "not Taunt or suppress or zonia's effect"

After 1 second, Garen can reactivate to cancel it immediately, reducing its cool down by its remaining duration.

[R] Demacian Justice TARGET RANGE: 400 COOLDOWN: 100 / 90 / 80 PASSIVE: The enemy with the most kills in the last 5 minutes is marked as the Greater Villain. The mark cannot be assigned to another champion while Garen is in combat with the Villain. If more than one enemy has the same bounty, the enemy who received it first is marked as the Greater Villain and the other as a lesser villain.

The lesser villain loses villain status when he is no longer tied for top bounty anymore,dies,when the greater villain dies he or she becomes the greater villain.

ACTIVE: Garen calls upon the might of Demacia to attempt to execute the target enemy champion. Dealing 100 / 200 / 300 plus [1%] or [2% if the target is a villain] of the target enemy champions missing health as true damage for each stack of courage he has; expending them in the process

i would like input on this tweaks or options i want to know what everyone thinks.

i just made up most of this on the fly so it is prob very off balance but the premise i believe is sound and would 1 allow garen into a jungle role. 2 provide a softer 1-4 game for other top lane's 3 a better scaling champion 4 finally he is not countered by any and all CC 5 purpose late game other then sponge 6 more of a free flowing theme with hero's and villains. 7 a true albeit unfair 1 V 1 champion. but unfair to whom? ** [NOTE 1]** [Pain killer] all damage taken while under pain killer status is applied after leaving the combat stance all at once as if a pain killer just wore off. what an awful feeling it is .. was it worth it? [NOTE 2] Garen Does not become dazed if judgment is level 3 or higher and if courage is at level 3 will continue to knock back up to 5 unique champions. Note champions hit this way that happen to collide with structures will be stunned for 1 second on impact cannot knock back the same champion more then once every instance of judgment no matter the duration. [NOTE 3] Activating any skills with garen reset the counter on his passive until all skills are on cool down or in-active. [NOTE 4] An enemy marked as a lesser villain by Garens [Q][E] does not count. during "Inevitable Justice"****
