So I had 84 lp, won a game and got 18 lp, but my lp went upto 99, was there a new change to ranked systems or something?

Correct me if I am wrong, but MMR is a factor of LP gains. If it stops you at 99, it's the game's way of telling you that it isn't sure it wants you to get you into your series just yet.

Don't worry, it is just Rito kicking you in the junk. It seems to be happening more and more lately with ranked stuff this preseason.
