Leave Buster vs Party Rewards

Leave Buster is great. Party rewards are awesome. I get more party invites now and It's cool because I play with people on friends list.

Some random person I don't know in the party gets penalized for the leave buster and we are in low priority queue.. that's cool. BUT I can't close that window and am forced to stare at it even though I haven't done anything wrong... and I don't know the person who did. I can't chat at other friends on my list. I can't change runes or masteries. I can't browse to rito.. er riot store for my next new skin. I feel like the leave buster anger is a little misplaced. I thought riot wanted me to go in with a team but it seems like I should stare at that screen and think about what someone else may have done wrong until while the warning tells me that I myself will be penalized for click the leave button. I don't understand.

It is very annoying that you can't do anything while that screen is up. My game was crashing for a while, and I ended up getting 2 leaverbuster low priority things in a row, which makes it 10 mins. Really bugs me that I can't chat or do anything on the client until it's finished. Wouldn't it make more since to move that to the "play button/looking for match" space, thereby freeing up the player to move around the client and still chat?
