Just some rant
Hello all. Been playing on and off since quite some time but never really wrote anything. I've been playing LoL since season 1 mostly alternating in normals, aram and dominion (rip) but as from season 6 i though why not finally get into ranks seeing as I had some time to kill. I mostly play adc champs and after my first 10 rank games i got placed in B2. After playing nearly 100 games I have literally not gone anything above B2. I fell to B5, rose back up, nearly reaching B1 but failing my promotion series.
Quite some things I have noticed. 1.Nearly every game is decided by who is going to feed. Either one person in my team throws or enemy team. This pretty much decides the fate of the game. With death timers getting really high sometimes one single throw is gameover. 2. It seems there is always that one guy who is either "drunk" or "high". He will either troll the game or as the previous point feed the hell out of his lane. They just don't care about their team mates. I mean if we are in rank shouldn't we give the best of ourselves. Obviously some people don't think like that. 3. I praise the implementation of dynamic queue. Before it was like a race to see if you can write adc before someone else calls it and get your pick. You would sometimes get those people who would just not cooperate and it seems these people got carried over in dynamic queue too. No matter what role they get they will demand that they get another role. I mean sure we could cooperate and let him choose but in these pug queues who will give their role up for something maybe they don't know how to play. 4. There is also the issue of AFK/Leavers. Why is it that in rank we get penalised for a team mate not joining or going afk. It's not fair that 4 people have to suffer the consequence of one person. What if when a person leaves the game doesn't register any LP or make it safe to leave. The probabilty of winning a 4v5 game is abysmal.
Sometimes I get some really good team mates and I get some nice win streaks but it never lasts long.
So what should I do? Should I just give up on rank? Should I practice more ? Most of my friends who I used to play with abandoned this game a long while ago.
