Is this a serious topic? Miss Fortune NEEDS a rework. There is no way that dual reverse scalings will ever exist on any League champion months from now.

Shes a relic when riot held the idea that abilities should scale with AP and all champions needed an AP scaling ability. Hopefully, changes to make it rain and her ult will come through so that they scale off of AD and apply impure shot stacks.
She's getting an update, not a rework. Besides, she needs some help. I dont think Ive seen an MF win at anything in this game besides bots.
If they do make some changes, I want to have an Idea of what Miss Fortunes Identity is, and how we can preserve this, while giving her a more modern feel.
I'm guessing that her main Identity is an AoE ADC with her "make it Rain" and "Bullet time." How does she do this better, than say, Kog'maw, Sivir, Corki, who all have fair AoE power. Though Kog'maw, is obviously better at sieging from range, Sivir's good for lane pushing, and Corki is really good for poke. So What can Miss fortune do with Her AoE abilities that make her unique. My guess is Zone control.
What I worry about loosing with her, is her passive. You can obviously get back to lane faster than your opponent. And if the enemy can't catch you immediately, it's a pretty sure get away. I would like to think not, but if Riot was going to give her passive the garen treatment. (which everyone asked for) They probably would have done so by now.
