Tryndamere & Why he exists

Ever since I started playing League in Season 2 Tryndamere has been the most annoying, out of place, game breaking champion I have laid eyes on. There is no consequence for bad play as Tryndamere. You can go 0/5 in lane and farm up a BoRK and Shiv and still be relevant in later stages of the game. When I ask for Tryndamere to be banned in ques, people say things like "No one plays tryn anymore." "Just pick cc and its gg for tryn" "tryn has to win lane or else he sucks". These are all wrong. Then, Tryn goes unbanned and the enemy team picks him, then we lose because tryndamere gets a quad every team fight. What counterplay is there to Tryndamere? Sure you can CC him... when the cc breaks? Hes still a spinning critting machine who cant be killed. Then, if thats not bad enough, his crits lower the spin CD. So he almost always has it available to get closer or escape and pop his Q to heal after his ult is down. The only time I've seen Tryndamere players die is to ignite. Now a days, there's only 1 ignite used on each team. What if it's down? Dont team fight until Ignite is up for tryndamere? what if the tryn has heal? This still doesnt help the situation where for the duration of his ultimate he gets to do whatever he wants. Is my team supposed to blow all cd's on Tryn so he doesnt wipe the team and have no way of fighting the 4 people left on the enemy team who have done nothing but watch tryndamere make us blow all our cds? What if the enemy team has a swain who needs to be ignited or his sustain is too high? I just feel like tryndamere was not well thought out and he should not exist in the game because he promotes bad play.
