Singed hotfix on passive change, Irelia compensation buffs on nerf

You guys hotfixed when his passive got changed, and gets compensation buffs when she's broken? Her Q is completely overtuned as is, and same with her entire kit, you guys made her e ranged and stun you whenever, and her q resets off her mark. She's the only champion in the game at the moment that can truly 1v5, and I'm serious. I think if you're going to make it so this champion can 1v5, why can't every other champion do the same. Please hotfix this champion she's completely overtuned, her w is 65% damage reduction at level 5, come on...

Also to add to this why is getting nerfed when she's already in a terrible spot and nobody even plays her. This is proof that the balance team clearly doesn't play their game, or got stomped by a and thinks she's OP. Please fire Meddler and Ghostcrawler from your balance team and hire people who play the game consistently and are good. OR you can actually listen to your community (the 1.1 million people that play Solo Queue) and not base everything off of your "LCS" (100ish people btw).
