I completely understand that this is a way of further improving toxic and other unpleasant players behavior. BUT there should be a further explanation, for how long and will I ever be able to recieve these rewards?

I've played this game since S1, but there are a lot of awesome games out there and this restriction has got me (and many others) to the point where I just want to troll same games, get permanent ban and never return.

_ To be honest, I got the 10game chat restriction when some trolls banned my prepicks few times in a row and I said a few harsh words to them, they were premades so I got mass-reported._

We're working on putting out a better explanation for this. For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here - if you continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, you'll eventually get back into good standing. We're looking into making a player's status more clear/visible to help avoid this kind of confusion.

Also only one report per game matters. It takes one report for the game to be sent to Riot's automatic system. The other 8 do nothing.

So, if someone deliberately reports me for no reason just to harm my account, I will get punished because the system is automatic, right?

I won't believe that unless I read something official from Riot Games.

Also no, you need to be consistently reported over a large number of games for the automatic system to punish you, and the automatic system verifies reports (by scanning chat logs and simple game data). The people that get bans deserve them.

no they dont... the system riot is using would work in kindergarten,but not in normal society! if you are a car mechanic and your boss tells you to change the tires on a car,but you take out the seats,someone will tell you that you are an idiot and NOONE will punish this guy for telling you how retarded you are,because you must be! the real problem is how "sensible" this community is,they punish each other and point fingers like kids. you flame,they insult you for doing so,both report. thats simply retarded and childish!

also,dont forget the "naming and shaming",which riot says,isnt allowed. but on the other hand,you dont get a frame for your last seasons elo,which clearly shows to everyone in your team that you´ve been toxic = naming and shaming!

Riot report system is a joke, the fact that its automated is a joke. Its supposed to be against the rules to say "report xxx" in all chat, if this was enforced, the majority of the population would have a permanent chat restrict. (i report every people that asks to report, especially 2 minutes into the game)

Now, I have been 10 game restricted because I insulted a Darius who queued support and did everything in his power to ruin the game (did auto attack and spells on minions every time he could and continued after I asked him with no animosity at all.) He proceeded to literally suicide headbutting the NME Leona so I reallised that since I wouldnt do anything productive with him I might as well join another lane to try and do something.

Wich is when my LB mid started to insult me, like the animal I am (of course.) So I continued my journey to top, where I thought Shen would be more welcoming, we promptly proceed to kill the NME Malphite and do significant damage on tower. Then quickly, the game goes south (the Darius had fed the botlane very hard)

And the fingers start to point at me, I start to lose my temper and ask them to f****n look at this darius, and his build and his deaths. I added a "you guys are pieces of poop for blaming me" (i really wrote poop)

So to make it shorter, they were mad at me for no reason (and I absolutly didnt do anything against the rule to make them mad initially) and they decided to report me, I got chat restricted because I used bad language (and to an extent, I can understand and I dont contest that) But the Darius, who kept his mouth shut the whole game but purposly ruined the experience (especially for me since he was supposed to be my support) Got absolutly nothing, so tell me how is it fair ? (I tried myself, ruined ranked for 2 days straight only using chat to say things like "stay positive we can win !" "if we are negative we will lose 31% more games" And absolutly nothing when I did this.)

So rito is more preocupied by enforcing language (when there is a chat filter and a mute button to regulate it yourself) than people ruining the experience for everybody, that is flawless logic.

So yeah, basically I got trolled so im not able to enjoy a whole part of the game.

Riot is a joke for allowing their game to be policed by cancerous little kids. Idiots outnumber the quality players 9:1 and it's never going to change as long as every butthurt little girl think he can have the last laugh by reporting you for anything that offends his fragile ego.

Just a sad thing...Got my Account Permabanned cause of this joke of a judgement system. Told "Frenchy" and was permabanned for Racist Flame. Now on my second account 5 Weeks after my Chatbann I Still dont get anything.
