So as the title says WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU RIOT. Viegar was PERFECTLY fine post DFG, and now you done gone and got rid of what made him special, his rage cage BOOM YOUR DEAD burst of burstyness. All I got to say is, I'm disgusted with you rito, now I can't even enjoy a good viegar game anymore cause you done gone and screwed him over. On a side note, VIEGAR IS NOT A SKILLSHOT CHAMP, so why make him something he isn't -.- Anyway, rant as you please, riot done goofed, and quite frankly I will not stand for this. Veigar had two skill shots, even before his rework.

Veigar wasn't exactly a healthy champ play pattern wise, and it's good that he got changed. When the thing that makes a champ "special" is locking someone down for a couple seconds and than instantly deleting them with 2 point and click spells... That's a problem. Sure, it's fun for the Veigar.... Not so much for the entire enemy team.

He's so broken now! I like the new Q ability, but the stun ring E doesn't work if it's delayed and people can see it forming. They should have left E the way it was. And this was instead of increasing his range, the only real weakness he had aside from movespeed, but that's what boots and Twin Shadows item 3023 are for.

Bad Job Riot, go back in and do it right this time.
